The NOAH Foundation is a non-government organization dedicated to the awareness, preparation, training, research, and development of emergency preparedness procedures. The NOAH Foundation through education, training, research and outreach focuses on preparing our citizens for the eventuality of a catastrophic energy loss event.



The NOAH Foundation uses funds primarily for developing training and conducting research on emergency preparedness procedures. The NOAH Foundation then uses this information in areas of high risk for an electrical loss to help prepare families, communities, municipalities, and regional areas to save lives in the event of a catastrophic event.



The NOAH Foundation’s goal is to ensure the complete preparedness and training of each state’s emergency management programs to allow for a minimum loss of life in event of an eventual catastrophic loss of power.
